TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

We use these chairs at our kitchen peninsula. They are excellent, the swivel is just right. The one thing I don't like is when you sit on the chair, there is a sound with the air escaping the cushion. I'm guessing over time that will subside. It isn't a big deal but that is why they aren't "perfect." [...]
