we looked for a contemporary not too frilly design to complement our kitchen island. that's what we got - and much more. the wood and finish are good quality. the assembly went quick and easy. we had to adjust the height (1.5") which does not hurt the proportions of the stool. the seat is comfy and the construction sturdy. I only had wished for a lighter color on the seat as the picture is a little misleading, but it matches the description (warm oak) of the product. overall great value for little money!!!

It matches perfectly in my house and for the price I got them for (4 for [$]), they were an excellent find. They were advertised incorrectly on the site, however, and are actually 2 for [$], which I don't think they are worth ~[$] each. They were easy to assemble and they are comfortable, but my 180lb boyfriend didnt think it felt very stable.
